As the transfer deadline approaches, 1. FC Union Berlin are considering bringing back Kevin Behrens as a replacement for Jordan Siebatcheu, according to Sky Germany.

Jordan is said to be in France to undergo a medical ahead of a move to Stade Reims.

And according to the report, Union are exploring the possibility of signing Behrens in his place, having first made contact with Wolfsburg days ago.

Behrens broke into the Bundesliga with Union before being sold to Wolfsburg a year ago.

Since then, he has struggled to hold down a starting berth at the Volkswagen Arena.
