Following reports that Borussia Dortmund were making progress in their bid to sign Marcus Rashford on loan from Manchester United, the deal is now in danger of falling through.

That's according to Bild, who reports that Dortmund's decision to sack Nuri Sahin as head coach has thrown their transfer plans into disarray.

At the same time, Rashford is said to be favoring a move to Barcelona after learning of the Catalan club's interest in signing him.

Dortmund also look set to miss out on the loan signing of Chelsea's Renato Veiga, with the Portuguese defender close to a move to Juventus.
