In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious picks such as Florian Wirtz and Jamal Musiala.
Instead, we will highlight players with a maximum ownership percentage of 20%, who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 18.
Frans Krätzig, Heidenheim (Defender, 7M, 1%)
Krätzig has hit the ground running since joining Heidenheim on loan, scoring 252 and 148 points respectively in his first two games for the club. The youngster has played on the wing in both of those games, adding to his fantasy value, and Heidenheim now face a home game against St. Pauli, who have scored fewer goals than any other Bundesliga side this season.
Anthony Caci, Mainz (Defender, 10M, 11%)
Heading into this weekend's game against struggling Union Berlin, Caci has been one of Mainz's best Fantasy performers this season, averaging 199 points.
Willi Orban, RB Leipzig (Defender, 11M, 16%)
After his 273-point haul against Werder, Orban didn't fare quite as well against Stuttgart (139 points). But with Leipzig now set to face Bochum, who have struggled for goals this season, the Hungarian defender should be in line for another good return.
Paul Nebel, Mainz (Midfielder, 6M, 9%)
At just 6 million, the attacking midfielder looks to be one of the best value picks as Mainz face crisis-hit Union Berlin.
Alexis Claude-Maurice, Augsburg (Midfielder, 6M, 4%)
From one great value pick in midfield to another, Claude-Maurice is coming off the back of an impressive brace as Augsburg take on a Werder side who conceded three goals against Heidenheim in their midweek game.
Christoph Baumgartner, RB Leipzig (Midfielder, 12M, 0%)
With both Lois Openda and Benjamin Sesko suspended, the Austrian international is tipped to start up front against bottom-placed Bochum.
Nadiem Amiri, Mainz (Midfielder, 13M, 0%)
Mainz's midfield talisman is set to return from suspension as Die Nullfünfer look to get back to winning ways against an Union side, who have looked far from impressive under Steffen Baumgart so far.
Phil Harres, Holstein Kiel (Striker, 3M, 13%))
At just 3 million, Harres has been one of the Fantasy steals of the season so far. The striker has three goals and an assist in his last two games and will now be unleashed against a Hoffenheim side in free fall.
Armindo Sieb, Mainz (Striker, 7M, 0%)
Jonathan Burkardt was ruled out with an injury in midweek, meaning Sieb is in with a chance of starting up front against a struggling Union. At 7 million, he could be worth a shot if Burkardt is ruled out.
Andrej Kramaric, Hoffenheim (Striker, 10M, 2%)
Hoffenheim's 5-0 defeat at the hands of Bayern and Andrej Kramaric's remarkably critical post-match comments leave little hope that a turnaround is just around the corner for Die Kraichgauer. But they really can't afford to lose against Kiel - and if Christian Ilzer's side are to bounce back, they need their star striker to step up to the plate. In any case, it should be possible for Hoffenheim to get on the scoresheet against a Kiel side that have conceded an average of 2.5 goals per game.
