Borussia Mönchengladbach have been linked with FC Copenhagen defender Kevin Diks for some time now, and it looks as though they will get their man.

According to Danish football publication Bold, Die Fohlen are just minor details away from agreeing a deal with the 28-year-old, who is free to move to Germany this summer as his contract in the Danish capital expires.

Wolfsburg have also been monitoring the centre-back, but it now appears that Gladbach have won the race for his signature.

Diks has scored an impressive nine goals and provided three assists in 32 appearances for FC Copenhagen this season.

He moved to the Danish capital from Fiorentina in 2021.
