Hoffenheim set asking price for their in-form midfielder

Anton Stach, who has been on Eintracht Frankfurt’s radar for quite some time, could remain at Hoffenheim if the Eagles don’t meet the asking price.

After a difficult start to the season, Anton Stach is back to his usual standard to lead TSG Hoffenheim to better results under Christian Ilzer. Die Kraichgauer picked up seven points in their last three games as they further distance themselves from the relegation zone.

With relegation-threatened Heidenheim and St. Pauli next in their fixture list, Hoffenheim could even aim for the top half of the standings. However, Stach will not be available for tomorrow’s home game against FCH after picking up his fifth yellow card in last week’s hard-fought win in Bochum.

Meanwhile, Hoffenheim’s battle to keep him at the club beyond the end of the season is still on. Despite his long contract at the club, clubs like Eintracht Frankfurt are interested in the midfielder who featured twice for the national team back when he was a Mainz player.

According to Sky’s report, Hoffenheim are still keen to have the player for next season. However, they will be tempted to listen to offers in the range of €15-20 million. The 26-year-old scored twice in 2025 after going nine months without a goal.
