Manchester United have RB Leipzig defender David Raum on their shortlist as they look to sign a new left-back, according to Sky Germany.
The report claims that the Red Devils held talks with Raum last summer and that financial aspects were discussed between the parties.
Raum, 26, is said to be seen as a very good fit with the style of play being implemented by new Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim.
Last month, Raum was asked if he could envisage a move to Bayern, who, according to Bild, are also interested in him.
"To be honest, I have no idea what will happen after the season, but I have a contract here and everything is great," Raum told Bild's Phrasenmäher podcast.
"You know how it is in football. I feel very comfortable here and I see my future in Leipzig. But I've also said, for example, that the Premier League could be a dream and a big goal at some point," he said.
The German international is contracted to Leipzig until 2027 and is currently sidelined due to an ankle injury.
