After completing the signing of Andreas Skov Olsen from Club Brugge, Wolfsburg have apparently set their sights on another Danish international.

According to Sky Germany, the Wolves have made an offer to sign Mads Roerslev on loan from Brentford FC.

Roerslev himself is said to be keen on the move and the two clubs are in good talks.

The right-back could provide cover at right-back following the departure of the versatile Ridle Baku to RB Leipzig.

Wolfsburg have also shown an interest in Freiburg's Kiliann Sildillia, but now appear to have turned their attention to Roerslev as talks with the Breisgau outfit have stalled.

Roerslev has made 22 appearances for Brentford this season, providing two assists.

He made his debut for the Danish national team in November.
