Granit Xhaka: "We made it easy for ourselves"
Granit Xhaka was naturally pleased with Bayer Leverkusen's performance against RB Salzburg.

In a post-match interview (via UEFA.com), Granit Xhaka pointed out that the game itself wasn't easy - but Leverkusen made it easy for themselves with the performance they put in.
“We didn't have an easy game today. We made it easy for ourselves with a strong performance. Salzburg have a lot of quality, but we didn't allow this quality to develop,” Xhaka said.
The win leaves Leverkusen in a good position with 10 points from five Champions League games.
“With Inter, Atlético and Prague, we now have three big tasks ahead of us. Our aim is to make things clear before Christmas,” said Xhaka.
