Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri has reported that RB Leipzig are interested in signing Club Brugge’s Maxim De Cuyper this summer.

The full-back is top of Die Roten Bullen’s list when it comes to bolstering their left flank going forward.

However, other clubs could enter the race for the 24-year-old, with AC Milan courting the star as a successor to Theo Hernandez should the Frenchman leave.

With Leipzig short for cover at left-back and an injury-blighted season for David Raum, Marco Rose could look to add depth going forward.

De Cuyper’s contract at Brugge runs until 2028 and could cost around €20million.
