Bayern Munich have made several signings from RB Leipzig over the years, including Dayot Upamecano and Konrad Laimer.

Now, according to Sky Germany, the Bavarians are once again showing an interest in a player who represents Die Roten Bullen.

According to the German media outlet, Castello Lukeba is on the radar of the German record champions.

However, it would be difficult to bring the 22-year-old centre-back to the Allianz Arena, as he's tied to Leipzig until 2029.

According to the report, Lukeba's contract includes a release clause that could see him leave for €90 million in the summer, €80 million in 2026 and €65 million in 2027.

Leipzig paid €30 million to sign Lukeba from Olympique Lyon in the summer of 2023. He has since made 63 appearances for the German club.
